Sailors will also pass through Half Moon Bay for crew changes.
To the naval officers, Half Moon Bay is just another boring port town that they're stuck in for the time being. However, some of the sailors have started to notice that there's something different about Half Moon Bay. There are rumors among the sailors about the properties of the tattoos one can obtain while in town. For example, a sailor may brag that the rune tattooed on his bicep makes him feel stronger than ever. Of course the naval officers dismiss it as superstition.
